Printer Troubleshooting Guide
Printer issues usually fall into a few categories: connectivity (the printer shows offline or won’t be found on the network), driver problems (printing is possible but garbled or incomplete), and hardware issues (streaks, jams, or fading print quality).
For connectivity issues, confirm the printer and computer are on the same network, restart both, and check that the printer isn’t in "offline mode" in your settings. For print quality issues, running the built-in cleaning cycle and checking ink or toner levels solves most cases.
If your printer worked fine yesterday and stopped today for no clear reason, a recent Windows update is a common cause — reinstalling or updating the driver usually resolves it.
